Filed under Art & Story Alive!, Podcast
This week we focus on a cartoonist’s struggles in relation to family, as suggested by our friend Ryan Dow. We talk about what it’s like when the folks don’t “get” why we spend so much time on our cartooning, how we foster their understanding and appreciation, and in some cases, what it’s like when the family not only understands, but encourages our artistic endeavors.
We’re joined in the audio by co-host Krishna Sadasivam of PC Weenies and Uncubed, as well as Stephanie and Dungeon Warden.
We’re joined in the chat by Kevin Cross, Largopredator, Javier Hernandez, Audra Furuichi, John Carter, Kaiki, Kip O’neil, Tony Piro, Diana Nock, and MarkCalifornia. As always, if I forgot anyone, or if I neglected to link to your website, please email me, and I’ll add it to the show notes.
Don’t forget to check out Episode 8 of Javiland! Great listening for any fan of Art & Story.
